Property renovation Birmingham
This is a project we are nearing completion and is only phase 1. It’s a large double-storey side extension including double garage along with a 60SQM orangery to the rear. Roman Road private estate in Sutton Coldfield.
State of the art kitchen with a backup kitchen within their utility room. Very high-end bathrooms suites, underfloor heating and plant room with two boilers and water cylinder heating system. We also removed their existing roof and renewed, tying this into their new roof structure. A 60-meter retaining wall built from railway sleepers and steel beams for something a little different and will continue to landscaping front and rear of their property.
Phase 2 is a total renovation of their existing house, demolition of his old double garage and replace all the facing brickwork to the front and side of their house.
This is the second large extension and renovation and has been very impressed on both occasions. I am sure I’m a very difficult customer to work for being very much into the detail of the finishes and always changing my mind throughout the construction. Andrew is always accommodating and will always answer his phone no matter what time I call to discuss my questions. I have to say that I was very happy to write this recommendation for his website as I am so happy with every aspect of his work and in fact the service I receive from Andrew and Emma has been exemplary.
