Ifurb started this build in February 2020, not for a customer but as our own mini development to sell.
We have designed the inside of the property with simple contemporary touches. The total floor area for each house is: 124m2 / 1334 sq ft which is considerably larger than the average size of a traditional 3 bed semi -detached house.
I-furb is managing the project from start to finish, from marking out the site, drainage and pipes, foundations, build, landscaping as well as the Sales and Marketing of the properties.
